Do I buy or rent the lights?
You own them. No leases and no contracts, and every light you buy from us comes with a 6-month guarantee.
When should I book?
As early as you can. Installs run through November and early December, and the best dates go first.
When do you take the lights down?
Takedown happens in January, and we leave no mess behind.
What if a light goes out?
Call us. We come back to fix lights that go out during the season.
Are you insured?
Yes. The Christmas Decorators Inc. is fully insured.
Holiday vs. permanent lighting?
Holiday lighting goes up for the season and comes down in January. Permanent lighting by Ascend is installed once along your roofline and changes color from an app, all year long.
Do you decorate businesses, and do you do Halloween?
Yes to both: storefronts, restaurants, offices and events, plus Halloween lighting and displays in October.
